Customer Reviews
Good lessons, platform needs work
I signed up my 8-year-old for the 12-Wochen Abo and we've been using it for a couple of months now. The Muttersprachler Unterricht has been really good; our teacher is patient and engaging, and my child's confidence in speaking English has definitely grown. The interactive gaming platform is a nice touch and keeps things fun. However, I did notice some glitches with the platform during a few lessons, like occasional freezing or audio issues that disrupted the flow. Also, scheduling lessons could be a bit more intuitive. Overall, it's a solid service for learning, but they could improve the tech side for a smoother experience. The Eltern Dashboard is useful for tracking progress, which I appreciate.
Easy to use, quick lessons
Booked an Online Englischunterricht for my son. The process was straightforward. Teacher was good. My son enjoyed the lesson. It's a convenient option. Would use again.
Consistent quality over time
We've been with Novakid for over a year now, cycling through a few 24-Wochen Abo packages. I originally started my older child with them, and now my younger one is also taking the Englisch für Anfänger course. The quality of the Near-Native Lehrer Unterricht has remained consistently high. We've had a couple of different teachers over time, and they've all been professional and good with kids. Booking lessons is as easy as it always was, and the Lernfortschrittsberichte still give a clear picture of how things are going. It's why we keep coming back; it's reliable.

Anyone know if you can use more than one discount code? I have a new customer one and got a referral code from a friend.
